Return & Warranty Policy

One Year Limited Warranty for VED®: 

Every VED® system sold by Unysen carries a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.  This warranty will cover the pump (manual and battery operated) and the cylinder against manufacturer defects for 1 year.  Unysen Health will notify all stated beneficiaries of the warranty coverage and we will honor all warranties under applicable law.  All warranted equipment will be inspected and either repaired or replaced, free of charge, under this warranty, provided your account is in good standing.  Shipping to Unysen and back to customer is not covered under the warranty and will be the responsibility the customer.

Should any of the components listed fail to function properly, call the office for a warranty authorization and instructions.  Warranty items must be shipped to the home office for investigation or repair before a replacement can be sent (as decided by Unysen at 877-327-8017).

The following restrictions apply:

• Items such as the VED® Band, Constriction Rings, Comfort Seals™, Soft Touch Seals™, Loading Cone System and batteries are not included in this warranty and are not returnable.
• The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling (includes dropping the cylinder or exposing Pump to any fluid), cleaning, or misuse of the product, or failure to follow the instructions in the Instructions for Use.
• Products tampered with or altered in any way are not covered in the warranty.

Customer Return Policy

All VED® sales are final.  Items cannot be returned for credit or refund; or exchanged once package is opened.   In many instances, a problem can be corrected by adjusting the manner in which the product is used.  Our clinical specialists can provide “user tips” which often overcome mechanical difficulties encountered by the use.   

• Contact Unysen Health at 877-327-8170 for full details on returns and restrictions which apply to a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  There are no returns after 30 days from date of purchase.

• Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number

• Return unopened boxes within 30 days of date of purchase

The return policy does not apply to any subsequent system purchase or components.  If an order has been deemed returnable, i.e., package is unopened, then you have 30 days from date of purchase to return the order.  A refund in the amount of purchase price minus shipping will be refunded.  Shipping is not refundable.
